• Personality

  A friendly thing, Rinkái is often considered not very bright - this isn't true, she's actually very intelligent, deep down. Very deep down. Mostly the 'outer appearance' of idiocy is just that, an appearance, and tends to be laid on thicker or thinner depending on whom is on the receiving end. For example, if being a silly thing gets her more food from someone, she will certainly act up!
  
  Generally she is a bit ditzy, airheaded and may not make the best impulsive decisions, but she can also follow quite complex discussion topics and provide insight, provided she's given enough time to filter things through all the fluff. She can be very playful when provoked to such and prone to clumsiness while in such a state. She tries her best but being large has its drawbacks and she always carries a few gold coins tucked into her fluff to pay for any accidents she may cause.

• What is a Felagon?

  Basically an excuse for me to draw something fluffy and with all the bits of animals I like.
  
  She calls herself a "felagon", as in "feline dragon", but in reality she has features of -
  
  A fennec fox (ears)
  Cat (paws/face)
  Rat (back feet/teeth)
  Dragon (tail/size)
  Bird (wings)
  
  You can probably also assume some other animals minimally influenced the mix too.
  
  As for them in general, I have the head canon that they are born alone from a single egg and learn everything about themselves through rumour and story. She isn't alone in the world like a phoenix but they have huge established territories and tend to avoid one another heavily, so she's never encountered one of her own kind in her life. They come together once every hundred years or so for breeding, which implies she's less than a century old. They are mostly herbivore/frugivores, but opportunistic omnivores with a preference for birds and fish over other types of meat. Rinkái is not alone in her friendliness and they are peaceful, sociable types with creatures not of their own species.
  
  Felagons are infertile with animals other than their own kind, but come into heat once a week for 24hrs.

• Powers

  Rinkái's powers are in a constant state of flux. It depends on her mood, her stomach's status in terms of fullness, the tides and possibly even the weather. It's best not to speculate on her actual intelligence or power, as half the time she won't know herself.
  
  Gravity control - Rinkái can turn off the gravity to some degree on herself, or surrounding small objects. She won't float away but she will float, and will appear to be swimming through the air. Small objects may also levitate on her command and she's occasionally been known to prank others by causing the same to them. She doesn't attempt to levitate larger objects and doesn't know if she can.
  
  Fire control - This is very rarely used, to the point where she mostly forgets she can do it. She is impervious to fire attacks and can control flames to some degree.
  
  Shapeshifting - Rarely used. Under pressure, she can change form or switch gender. She generally resorts to a furre version of herself or to the male shape, but can possibly take others, provided she has touched something of that shape before and can accurately remember it. She can also, with some effort, alter her size a little.
  
  Teleportation - only useful once every twelve hours, if she desperately needs to get away, then pop!, she's gone. She can't teleport far and it's only used as an 'emergency dodge'.
  
  She has other varying powers that may need development via RP to come to light. Half of them she isn't aware of herself.
